Shipping Information

All orders are shipped by USPS priority mail or first-class mail, depending on the weight of the package. Processing time is 8-10 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time refers to the time it takes to complete your order & shipping time refers to the time in transit. 

Elizabeth Rose Designs is not responsible for loss and/or damage during shipping. When your order has been completed and packaged, you will receive a shipment notification. In this email, you will receive a USPS tracking number for your package. Please be aware that it could take up to 48 hours for your package to be scanned into the USPS system.

If you experience any issues with the shipping of your order, you will need to contact your local post office or USPS. If your package is lost or damaged, you will need to file a claim with USPS. Please contact us right away so we can help you get started with the process! We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but please contact me at elizabeth@hielizabethrose.com if you have any problems with your order.
